Dr. Roger Friedman

Currently, Dr. Friedman brings approximately 35 years experience to benefit his patients. His practice consists of approximately 35% breast surgery both cosmetic and reconstructive and 65% facial and body contouring. Facial surgery includes nasal surgery: cosmetic, reconstructive and revisionary after previous surgery and facelift, eyelid and brow surgery. Autologous fat grafting, using your own fat, has taken the results of facial plastic surgery to a higher level. Body contouring is addressed not only with non invasive techniques such as Cool Sculpting but also liposuction both Microaire and VASER (ultrasonic) as well as abdominoplasty. Weight loss patients benefit by the utilization of a combination of these techniques to restore normal body contours.

Dr. Friedman believes that the role of the plastic surgeon is first to listen to the concerns of the patient and then evaluate the patient relative to these concerns and finally educate them with regard to their options. Computer imaging has been very helpful in enabling patients to better conceptualize ultimate results as well as seeing actual post-operative examples of the procedure that they may be interested in.
