To schedule an appointment, please call 301.881.7770


If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours‘ notice. This courtesy will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.


After hours, our physicians can be contacted for emergencies through our answering service at 301.917.2929

Cancellation / No Show Policy for Appointments

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly full schedule. If an appointment is not cancelled, or rescheduled, one full business day in advance you will be charged a seventy five dollar ($75) fee; this will not be covered by your insurance company.

Skincare Product Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on products purchased. In the event of an adverse reaction, products may be returned for a credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. One of our aestheticians can assist in finding a more suitable product for exchange. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product.

Refunds are not valid for treatments.
