Is a BBL painful?
A Brazilian Butt Lift is associated more with ‘soreness’ than pain. It is common for patients to experience some soreness in the buttock region throughout the healing process.
Is a BBL permanent?
It is considered a semi-permanent procedure. The fat cells that are injected into the butt will remain for a long time, but fluctuations in fat over time can lead to changes in its appearance.
When will I see results?
Some results will be visible immediately after the procedure. However, final results will not appear until several months after surgery, when the patient is fully healed, and residual swelling has subsided. At this point, their improved body contours and curvier buttocks will be much more noticeable.
How long will my results last?
Results with a Brazilian butt lift are meant to be long-lasting. Once fat cells are removed from areas with excess fat deposits, they are gone forever. Fat cells that survive transfer to the buttocks will remain and continue functioning for years to come. It is important to maintain a stable weight, as significant weight fluctuations can affect the results. Complications are rare but may occur. They may include asymmetry, contour irregularity, or infection.
