What Is HydraScalp with Keravive?

HydraScalp with Keravive is a non-invasive, in-office scalp treatment built on Hydrafacial's patented Vortex-Fusion™ technology. It pairs mechanical exfoliation with biomimetic peptides to remove buildup from the scalp and hair follicles while delivering targeted nourishment.

The treatment follows a three-step protocol:

  • Purify — Vortex-Fusion technology loosens and removes dirt, oil, and dead skin from the scalp and hair follicles while stimulating circulation.
  • Nourish — A proprietary blend of biomimetic peptides and growth-factor-inspired ingredients is infused into the scalp to hydrate and support the follicular environment.
  • Boost — Patients receive a take-home peptide complex spray to extend and maintain results between in-office sessions.

Every patient starts with a consultation with our aesthetic team to review scalp condition, hair goals, and whether HydraScalp with Keravive should stand alone or pair with another hair-health service. Cost varies based on the treatment plan and is discussed during this visit.

The Treatment

In-office sessions take about 20–30 minutes. A licensed provider performs the Purify and Nourish steps, then sends patients home with the take-home peptide spray to continue the Boost step daily.

Results and Timeline

For best results, treatments are typically performed once every four weeks for a course of three sessions, followed by maintenance visits roughly every six months. Consistent use of the take-home spray between visits helps extend results.

Yes. Hydrafacial relaunched Keravive as HydraScalp with Keravive, refining the formula and adding newly engineered treatment tips, but the core purpose — cleansing and nourishing the scalp for healthier-looking hair — remains the same.

Will HydraScalp with Keravive regrow my hair?

It's designed to improve scalp health and the appearance of fuller hair rather than to regrow hair on its own. Patients with diagnosed hair loss may see better results by combining it with a medical treatment such as PRP or Minoxidil.

Is there any downtime?
