Courtney Sheron is a registered nurse who joined our practice several years ago after working in pediatric oncology at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. While working on the Bone Marrow Transplant unit, she received the Daisy award for her exceptional nursing care. She has a passion for helping others and has done humanitarian work in Nepal, Haiti, Kenya, and Iraq. By joining our team at PSIW, she is excited to continue to make a difference in people’s lives.

With her background experience and continual education, Courtney provides our clients with the best treatment options for their unique needs. Her bubbly and caring personality will make you feel listened to, cared for and comfortable within minutes. Courtney is available Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Natalie Miller is a Licensed Esthetician with a passion for people and skin care. She trained at Dermal Science International in Reston, VA and received her degree in Aesthetics and Laser treatments. Natalie comes to our practice with a decade of experience working for the DMV’s top dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons. She has had additional advanced training in Infini, micro-needling, laser, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, makeup artistry, dermaplaning, and body contouring treatments. Natalie loves to customize her skin care routine according to skin types and design skin care protocols for all skin conditions. Treatments with Natalie are luxurious and pampering. Her favorite part of being an esthetician is educating her patients on the newest beauty tips and watching her clients’ skin transform into healthy, glowing, youthful skin!

Natalie Lucy earned her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health from Texas A&M University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing. With over six years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Natalie’s background in cardiothoracic surgery and post-anesthesia care nursing has given her a strong foundation in patient care, anatomy, and clinical decision-making. Her passion for medicine has evolved into a personal and professional passion for aesthetic medicine, where she’s able to combine her clinical experience with her love for helping people feel confident in their skin.

Her aesthetic areas of focus include injectables, laser hair removal, microneedling, radiofrequency microneedling, laser treatments, weight loss, and hair restoration with PRFM. Whether you’re looking to subtly enhance your features, improve the health and appearance of your skin, or restore confidence in your hair, she’s passionate about creating a personalized treatment plan centered around your goals. Natalie knows you only get one body and one face, and her goal is to help you feel your absolute best in it.

You can also find her in the OR, preparing you for surgery, monitoring you during your procedure, and caring for you through recovery. This experience gives her a unique perspective on patient care, allowing her to approach every treatment with the same attention to safety, detail, and individualized care.

Marcela Melendez is a Master Esthetician whose love of aesthetics deepened during her 15-year tenure at the renowned Red Door Spas, where she cultivated an eye for luxury and an ear for her clients' unique concerns.

But her passion for clinical depth led her across the ocean. Relocating to Europe, she trained in the region's top medical spas, absorbing European philosophies on corrective exfoliation, barrier restoration, and anti-aging science that forever changed her approach.

Today, Marcela offers a rare synthesis: the pampering precision of high-end spa artistry with the diagnostic rigor of medical dermatology. Her specialties include advanced chemical peel applications, dermaplaning, and fully customized skin health programs—all built upon a thorough assessment of skin type, sensitivity, and long-term goals.

She treats every client as an individual, crafting evolving protocols that produce measurable, visible results while honoring the skin's natural biology.
